Owning a EuroCave product is the guarantee of having a high quality product that will stand the test of time. EuroCave quality control greatly exceeds the requirements of the EN60335 standard: a cold circuit leak test on all wine cabinets, an electrical safety test on all wine cabinets, a final quality control based on 40 points and functional tests on all cabinets, enabling validation of the dispatched cabinet’s conformity to the order.

• Observing environmental standards

EuroCave subscribes to the principles of Sustainable Development. For example, EuroCave conditioners and wine cabinets use a CFC-free cooling liquid that is not harmful to the ozone layer. The wood used to make our shelves comes from plantations approved by the SGS Audit Program.

This technical support is available on working days and is run by professionals trained in the technological features of EuroCave products. In the case of a proven fault, EuroCave undertakes to ship within 48 hours manufacturer’s original spare parts to your distributor. • Liability insurance against damage caused to wine bottles

If, despite all of the care taken in manufacturing our products, one of them has a fault: EuroCave insures against damage caused to wine bottles stored in a EuroCave wine cabinet, in the event of a wine cabinet being faulty (subject to assessment by a specialist) and where causality can be proven*.
